Privacy
Privacy notice.
I collect as little as I can: the details you send me, and visit statistics only if you accept them. This page says what I keep, why, and for how long.
Who is responsible.
- Data controller
- EIGENSHIFT, obrt za informatičke usluge i poslovno savjetovanje, owner Alex Ćetojević, Mirna ulica 4, 52470 Umag, Croatia. Intellix Tutoring is the name I trade under.
- Contact
- For anything about your details, write to alexcetojevic12@gmail.com.
What I collect and why.
- When you write to me
- The contact form asks for your name, email, subject and, if you wish, a phone number and a message. Emails, WhatsApp messages and the email box on the Bocconi drill work the same way. I use these details only to reply to you and to arrange the call and the lessons. Legal basis: steps you ask for before a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
- When we work together
- I keep your contact details, notes on the lessons, and invoices. Legal basis: our contract and, for invoices, the law on business records (Article 6(1)(b) and (c)).
- Visit statistics
- Google Analytics counts visits and clicks on buttons. It runs only if you press Accept in the banner, and only then sets its cookies (_ga). You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a)).
- What stays in your browser
- The site saves three small items on your device, not on a server: your language choice, your answers in the Bocconi drill, and your choice about statistics.
- What I do not do
- No newsletter, no advertising, no selling or sharing of your details for marketing, and no automated decisions.
Who else handles your details.
- Formspree
- Delivers messages from the contact form and the drill to my inbox.
- Provides my email, Google Meet for the lessons, and Google Analytics if you accept it.
- Only if you choose to message me there.
- GitHub
- Hosts this website and, like any host, sees your IP address when the pages load.
- Outside the EU
- Some of these companies are based in the United States. Transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or by standard contractual clauses.
How long I keep it.
- Enquiries
- 6 months after our last contact, if no lessons follow. Then I delete them.
- Students
- For as long as we work together. After that I keep only what the law requires, which is the invoices.
- Statistics
- Google keeps the statistics for up to 14 months. The cookie lasts up to two years, unless you decline or clear it.
Your rights.
- What you can ask
- You can ask to see your details, correct them, delete them, limit or object to their use, or receive a copy. You can withdraw consent to statistics at any time. Write to alexcetojevic12@gmail.com and I will reply within one month.
- Students under 18
- If the student is under 18, a parent or guardian should send the form, or be copied in.
- Complaints
- You can complain to the Croatian data protection agency, AZOP (azop.hr). If you live in Italy, you can also go to the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
